Not okay

This was on the Facebook page today for I am a Mother to an Angel:

It is okay to have breakdowns and throw fits and throw stuff around. It is okay to get angry and mad and jealous. It's okay to get upset. It is okay to be sick of it all. It is okay to not be okay. But it is not okay to give up.  -Angela He (via societyquotedig)

There was a car crash reported on annarbor.com last week (happened Thursday, Feb. 4th) from the Muskegon County area (Ravenna) of an 18-year-old girl who was driving to school with her 10-year-old sister and 16-year-old brother. She tried to pass somebody and lost control of the car on the slippery road and collided head-on with another vehicle. The 10-year-old (Erika) who was in the back seat without a seatbelt died at the scene. The 16-year-old, Peter was on life support since and there had been no change in his condition since the accident. I read that he died today. I suspected that he would the longer there was no change in his condition. The 18-year-old, Emily, is recovering slowly and able to sit up, eat, etc.
As everyone says with us, I can't even imagine that kind of pain of losing multiple children. And then the oldest one still being alive when her siblings are gone. My heart literally is aching for them. They are just at the beginning of their loss journey and it's already twice as worse or maybe three times as worse as ours. It sounds like the oldest is going to be fine, but think of the pain she will have to carry with her the rest of her life. Dear God. Please help them.

Since this a "whatever" post today, I just had lunch with Jeanette Brenner. I think I explained to you who she is before. She's always helpful to talk to. She loved Dad's dream of you and she said she could totally see you doing that. That it's so you. That's what I think. It was you. Really you. Trying to help Dad and all of us. Like when you came back home to tell me goodbye. That's just like you. And it was.

Hey, did you hear that Robert and Kristin broke up? What the heck? If you were alive, I would have you go after Kristin, but that would probably be awkward since Rob dated her for so long. I love her family though!
