No one changes unless they want to. 

Not if you beg them.

Not if you shame them.

Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love.

There's only one thing that makes someone change:

their own realization that they need to do it.

Protect your energy

It's so hard to work on things quietly.

I am wanting to tell people when I'm excited,

but I have to remind myself that not everyone is happy for you.

Energy is real. Protect yours.

Happier than planned

As much as you want 

to plan your life, it has

a way of surprising you

with unexpected

things that will make you

happier than you

originally planned.

That's what you call GOD'S WILL.

Mental health

Your mental health is more important than your career, money, other people's opinions, that event you said you would attend, your partner's mood, and your family's wishes, combined. If taking care of yourself means letting someone down, then let someone down.

Blessed

That's how your blessings get activated.
