There are some of you that have to learn the same lessons over and over. Do you know why that is? It is because you don't listen. You make the same bad choices over and over. Israel before you traveled around the mountain. Instead you should be learning by their mistakes. Repent and start a new walk and I will lead.

Did you know that when you cry for your dead, you

Yes they have left, or they are now in another place.

Is that place better than this?

Yes, definitely that place is better than this, so why

do you suffer for their departure?

When you have finished accepting that they are no 

longer "NOT here", but they are still in another place

even better than this, for where they are they are no

longer sick or suffering.

Then you'll stop mourning them and you'll get them

back in memory so they keep accompanying you with 

the joy of all that you've lived.

If you truly loved them, LOVE them AGAIN and this 

time with greater strength, with greater purity, with

greater delivery.

Today, there will be no more reproach of any kind.

Only LOVE, will be the essence between you,

between us, between them.

You see my friend, there are many ways to spend your

time on this earth

but wasting it on those who are not appreciative of your

attention, is a crying shame.

Use your time wisely.

Save your best efforts for those who care.

For those who would return the favour or at least

appreciate your attention.

Those who truly value you.

And the rest?

If they do not see you now, they never will.

And they are missing out.

Make this the time that you realise your time is precious

and should only be bestowed on those who bring you

comfort, positivity, support, love or joy.

Remember, you are the main act, not a warm up,

and this, my friend, is no dress rehearsal.

Sometimes

Sometimes people walk away from love because it is so beautiful that it terrifies them.

Sometimes they leave because the connection shines a bright light on their dark places and they are not ready to work them through.

Sometimes they run away because they are not developmentally prepared to merge with another - they have more individuation work to do first.

Sometimes they take off because love is not a priority in their lives - they have another path and purpose to walk first.

Sometimes they end it because they prefer a relationship that is more practical than conscious, one that does not threaten the ways that they organize reality.

Because so many of us carry shame, we have a tendency to personalize love's leavings, triggered by the rejection and feelings of abandonment.

But this is not always true.

Sometimes it has nothing to do with us.

Sometimes the one who leaves is just not ready to hold it safe.

Sometimes they know something we don't - they know their limits at that moment in time.

Real love is no easy path - readiness is everything.

May we grieve loss without personalizing it.

May we learn to love ourselves in the absence of the lover.

There is more to you

Than what you are capable of giving others

And providing for them

There is more to you

Than what you are willing to sacrifice for others

And give up your own life in order to make them happy

You are not everyone's healer

You are not everyone's parent or guardian

You are not everyone's saviour

And giving is not your only purpose in life.

Sometimes when we feel unloved by others around us

We settle for being needed

We overextend ourselves

And overgive

So that in return

They will like us

And we attempt to please them

At the expense of pleasing ourselves

Failing to realise

That by people-pleasing

We are attempting to manipulate them into liking us

And when we continually say "yes" when we secretly mean

"no"

We can be left feeling resentful

While when we are authentic

And kindly let others know through active communication

what our true beliefs, desires and intentions are

And are honest and upfront about our boundaries

This is much better for both them and ourselves

In the long-term.

When it comes to others

Making large demands and requests of you

Always remember

That just as you are capable

Others are capable.

Others are capable of taking action in their own lives

Others are capable of deciding for themselves what is best

for them

And others are capable of relying on themselves or seeking

help from someone else rather than you.

And so you may give them the space and freedom

To be able to effectively show up for themselves

And allow them to empower themselves

And instead, choose to give

From a place of love and kindness

When you feel you want to

And donate your time, possessions and energy to others

From a place of abundance and generosity

Rather than simply out of obligation

As others are not entitled to your help

Others are not entitled to you energy or resources

And others are not entitled to your time and attention

And just as we set boundaries with others

We also must set them with ourselves

And ensure that we are respecting our own time and energy

Just as much as the time and energy of others.

Worth fighting for

It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened?

But, in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why.

But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going, because they were holding on to something.

That there is some good in this world, and it's worth fighting for.

Think of death

 When I Think of Death

When I think of death, and of late the idea has come with

alarming frequency, I seem at peace with the idea that a day

will dawn when I will no longer be among those living in this

valley of strange humors.

I can accept the idea of my own demise, but I am unable to

accept the death of anyone else.

I find it impossible to let a friend or relative go into that

country of no return.

Disbelief becomes my dear companion, and anger follows in

its wake.

I answer the heroic question "Death, where is thy sting?" with

"it is here in my heart and mind and memories."

(The last line of this bothers me a little since it's from a Bible verse)

Trust deeper

God does not want you to try harder,

He wants you to trust deeper.

Stop trying.

Start trusting.

This will change everything, in you.

Weakness

I don't want to be part of a world where being kind is a weakness 

Too much

 Love is never afraid of giving too much.
