Your life

Our bodies are designed to respond and even
grow from focused, short-term stress.

Chaotic, long-term stress is killing us.
We have to do something different.

Get off social media.
Say no to caffeine after 10 am.
Pay off all your debt.
Spend intentional time with friends/romantic partners.
Exercise and make sleep a priority.
Control what you can control.
Be intentional.
Stop saying you can't.

Take back your life.
