Completely devoted

 From Toxic Mirror

A woman can be completely devoted to you -- and
then one day she's just done. No warning. No
dramatic exit. Just gone.

And that shift terrifies men who never took her
seriously while they had her. Because there is no
negotiating with a woman who has fully detached.
No grand gesture that reaches her. No apology
that cracks the wall. No version of  "I miss you"
that lands the way it used to -- because she's not
the same woman who would have melted at those
words. That woman needed you and you mistook
her need for weakness. That woman loved you
loudly and you mistook her consistency for
guaranteed permanence.

You thought the devotion had no expiration date.
You were wrong.

What most men don't understand is that a
woman's detachment is not impulsive. It is the
final destination of a journey she took alone --
through every ignored boundary, every dismissed
feeling, every moment she communicated clearly
and watched you choose yourself anyway. She
didn't leave overnight. She left a thousand times
internally before she left in reality.

And the version of her that walks away is not the
one you had. That one is gone. What leaves is
someone who finally believed her own worth more
than she believed in your potential.

You had her completely and treated it like a
guarantee. Now you have nothing and finally
understand what you lost. That realization arriving
too late is not her punishment. It's just the
consequence you earned.

A woman can be completely
obsessed with you - and then
BOOM she's gone. Detached.
Unbothered.
Because you played with her
feelings and thought you were
untouchable.
Nobody is bigger than the
program.
