Closure

 Closure will never come from them because closure

from them requires honesty and accountability, and

expecting closure from someone who refuses to be

accountable and who is willing to be dishonest isn't

going to give you the answers you're looking for.

The truth is, even if they gave you an explanation, it

still wouldn't be enough, because your heart isn't

searching for words anymore, it's searching for a

different outcome.

You're not really looking for closure; you want your

pain to make sense, and you want their actions to

match who you believed they were.

What they showed you was the truth, so stop looking

back for answers that don't exist. You don't need to

understand everything to know that you deserve

better, and to walk away.
