No contact is one of the hardest things
to go through because you're choosing
silence over being with the person you
love, because you now realize that what
they gave you wasn't love.
No contact doesn't mean you don't still
care, it means you know that you have
to love yourself more than they did, and
sometimes you have to allow your own
heart to break so they don't keep
breaking it over and over again.
