"I need you to hear this:

you're doing better than you think you are.

I know your mind keeps replaying what you didn't do - the patience you

lost, the conversation you wish went differently, the progress you think you

should've made by now. But I see the full picture. I see your effort. I see 

your heart. I see you showing up even when it's hard. I see you trying again

after you fall short.

You're harder on yourself than I will ever be. When you look at yourself,

you see failure. When I look at you, I see growth. I see courage. I see

someone who refuses to give up.

You got up today. You kept going. You loved the people in front of you

even when you were running on empty. You did more than you're giving

yourself credit for. Stop measuring your worth by your productivity. Stop

judging your day by day by what you didn't get done.

I'm not disappointed in you. I'm proud of you.

You're doing so much better than you think."
