Angel 1: She keeps asking for it
God: I know. And the answer is still no.
Angel 2: Why? It's a good thing. She'd be happy.
God: She'd be happy for three months. Then it would crush her. She doesn't have the capacity to sustain it yet.
Angel 1: When will she be ready?
God: When she stops looking for it to complete her. Right now she thinks it'll fix everything. It won't. And when it doesn't, she'll fall apart.
Angel 2: So what does she need first?
God: To heal what she's trying to use this to cover. To build a foundation that can actually hold it. To become someone who can steward it well.
Angel 1: How long will that take?
God: As long as it takes. I'm not giving her something she'll lose because she wasn't ready for it.
Angel 2: She thinks you're withholding
God: I know. But I'm protecting . She sees this as the finish line. I see it as the starting point. And she's not ready for what comes after.
Angel 1: Will she understand eventually?
God: Yes. When she's ready and she gets it, she'll see why the wait was necessary. Why I made her build herself first. Why I didn't let her have it when she thought she needed it.
Angel 2: What should we tell her?
God: That my "not yet" is loving her better that her "right now" ever could.
