God: Watch what happens when she stops chasing.
Angel: What do you mean?
God: She's been running after things that were never running toward her. Convincing herself that if she just tries harder, shows up more consistently, proves her worth enough, they'll finally choose her. But I need her to stop. I need her to see what happens when she steps back.
Angel: What will happen?
God: Everything she's been forcing will fall away. And everything meant for her will start moving toward her. The right people won't require chasing. The right opportunities won't need convincing. The right path won't feel like a constant uphill battle.
Angel: And if nothing comes?
God: Then she'll finally have clarity. She'll see that what she was chasing was never hers to begin with. And she'll stop wasting her energy on what I've been trying to remove.
Angel: So we just wait?
God: We wait. And we watch her realize that she was never supposed to chase. She was always supposed to be chosen.
