HEAL

With all my heart I urge you to heal. Take back the power that was stolen from you, right the wrongs, slay the demons and open that Pandora's box you're keeping so very tightly closed. You have one life, sweet one, and you deserve it to be beautiful. You deserve to know what it's like to be free of the pain they gave you, and every day you're not healing, you're carrying on a cycle you did not ask for. If I can urge you to do just one thing my friend, it's to heal. Begin. Just be realising how very badly broken you are. And how very brave you've been. That's the key to the box. Turn it. It will hurt for a while but you know about hurt already. It can't hurt more but it can hurt less, and it will. If you just start to heal.
