you know when the wind blows just so.
when the sky lights up in mysterious
hues of gold and out of this world, blue.
when a song hits your deepest spaces at
precisely the moment your heart needed
to hear it. when a stranger smiles at you
and you walk on sensing you are somehow
fiercely known. when there is a burst
of beauty in the storm. when silence
beckons you with open arms and gives you
the safest place to fall, when you feel
a little braver, and a little more beautiful.
