When the avoidant says:
"I just don't see a future together"
What they really mean is:
"You have expectations and emotional
needs, and I don't want to be
responsible for meeting your needs
and expectations. Your feelings are an
inconvenience to me, and are very
triggering. I need a relationship
without any needs and expectations,
because that doesn't trigger my
wounds."
