wish I knew sooner
There's no point of fighting for someone
who has proved to be incapable of loving you
the correct way, who refuses to make an
effort for you, an effort that you deserve.
Love is so simple and yet we choose to
complicate it with our attachments to the
people who don't deserve our time, attention
or energy. If they loved you, they'd be there.
If they cared about you, they'd show up.
This is your sign to move on. There are SO
many possible friends and potential lovers
out there who would be honoured to have
someone as incredible as YOU in their lives.
