one day...maybe a few years down the road...they will wake up and regret losing you, they will regret not choosing you, not choosing your relationship, they will regret not prioritizing it. regret all those times they were careless with you, all those times they put you last. all those times they made you feel even more alone. one day...they will realize this, and maybe they will even thank you for making them realize this very important lesson...how you should never take the people who love you for granted, and how you should never ignore the ones who are real with you. losing you will be the change they needed...to finally appreciate the importance of love.
