Unkind thoughts

 From Fox Under The Moon

"My thoughts are being unkind to me," said the fox.

"Then you must be twice as nice to yourself," replied the moon, "because the way you talk to yourself matters the most."

"What should I say?" asked the fox.

"That you are enough, you are important, and that you are worthy of love," replied the moon. 

"Say all the things you would say to your dearest friend."

"...That's you," said the fox.
